Food machinery is developing rapidly in China, and many large-scale and profitable leading companies have emerged in the industry. There are many products in my country's food machinery manufacturing industry that can keep up with the international advanced level, but there are very few products that truly have independent intellectual property rights and are technologically innovative. The word "following" mentioned here means "following up" or even imitating, but there is very little innovation.
On January 23, 2009, the Standardization Administration Committee (SAC) issued the standard "Food Machinery Safety and Sanitation". The standard stipulates the safety and sanitation requirements for food machinery equipment in terms of material selection, design, manufacturing, and configuration. This provides a good specification for the standardized development of food machinery. At the same time, it also raises higher requirements for food machinery companies.
The increasingly fierce competition has forced food machinery companies to find new development highlights to consolidate their position in the industry. Looking at the industry situation, the following six development highlights are proposed:
1. Innovation. my country's food machinery manufacturing enterprises should develop new products from the perspective of innovation and independent intellectual property rights, and develop advanced equipment with high standards. Only in this way can the domestic food machinery manufacturing industry be truly upgraded. Breaking away from the support of foreign technology is an important hurdle for China's food machinery industry to move forward.
2. Talents. Colleges and universities have relatively few majors in food machinery, and food machinery companies need to cultivate talents by themselves. Jointly hosting food machinery majors in colleges and universities and developing innovative talents in food machinery are the needs of the new era. Both companies and enterprises need the support of talents. With professional talents, companies will have solid internal strength and confidence. Experts in the industry are also indispensable guidance objects for companies. Only by firmly grasping this talent force can food machinery companies develop higher and farther.
3. Service. Food machinery belongs to the machinery industry, but nowadays, machinery is no longer just a matter of selling. Food machinery companies need to provide one-stop professional services. Focus on pre-sales, sales, and after-sales services, and elevate the interests of buyers to the interests of their own development. Try to support smaller purchasing companies and try to cultivate the purchasing power of the entire food industry.
4. Policies. "Food Machinery Safety and Hygiene", "Requirements for Restricting Excessive Packaging of Goods - Food and Cosmetics" and the use of the new version of the QS mark for food packaging are all new requirements for food machinery companies. Only by complying with the policies can the products of food machinery companies gain market recognition.
5. Low carbon. The low-carbon and environmentally friendly concept that is popular around the world has also spread to the machinery industry. The entire food machinery industry needs to move towards energy conservation. The most obvious development is the transformation of beverage packaging bottles. The lightweighting of beverage packaging bottles and the change of materials are both environmental protection requirements. The food machinery industry can only meet the market requirements by implementing corresponding policies and improving technology and products.
6. Internet promotion. Traditional promotion methods can no longer keep up with the pace of the electronic information age. Internet promotion has become the highlight of food machinery companies. Doing more professional promotion on industry websites is the only choice.
The food machinery industry is making progress every year and has a good momentum of development. There are only bankrupt companies, not bankrupt industries. Food machinery companies need to seize their own development highlights in order to gain a foothold in the industry.
