Scope of application: Evaporation and concentration of scaling, crystalline, high-concentration, high-viscosity and insoluble solids in chemical, food, pharmaceutical, environmental protection engineering, waste liquid evaporation and recovery industries.

Working principle: The circulation of liquid in the equipment mainly relies on the forced flow generated by external power. The circulation speed can generally reach 1.5-3.5 m/s. The heat transfer efficiency and production capacity are relatively large. The raw material liquid is pumped in from bottom to top by the circulation pump and flows upward along the tube in the heating chamber. The secondary steam and liquid foam mixture are separated after entering the separator, and the secondary steam is discharged from the top. The liquid is sucked in by the circulation pump from the conical bottom of the separator, and then enters the heating tube to continue the circulation.

According to the material characteristics and evaporation capacity, it is divided into single-effect, double-effect and triple-effect forced circulation evaporators, which can evaporate in the downstream or countercurrent direction.

Features: Large concentration ratio, a large flow material pump is designed at the bottom of the effect body, which increases the material flow rate through forced circulation, making it easier for materials with higher viscosity to flow and evaporate, and preventing dry wall phenomenon.

The evaporation temperature is low.
